PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outside heat insulating method using an outer wall panel which is of an integrated structure formed of a sheathing material and a heat insulating material, wherein the outer wall panel prevents dew condensation at a joint portion between the sheathing material and the heat insulating material, and prevents exposure of a screw for fastening the outer wall panel to the outside. SOLUTION: The outer wall panel 1 is formed of the sheathing material 10 and the heat insulating material 20 stuck to a rear surface of the sheathing material 10. According to the structure of at least a pair of opposed side portions of the respective outer wall panels 1, one side portion of the heat insulating material 20 protrudes outward from a side portion of the sheathing material 10, and a protruding portion 21 of the heat insulating material 20 functions as the fastening portion 21 for fastening the panel to a building skeleton. The outer side portion of the sheathing material 10 protrudes outward from the other side portion of the heat insulating material 20, and a protruding portion 11 of the sheathing material 10 functions as the cover portion 11 to overlap a front surface of the fastening portion 21 of the wall panel adjacent thereto.
