PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer adhesive tape for sealing. SOLUTION: This multilayer adhesive tape has an oriented thermoplastic film-based liner, an upper surface and a lower surface. On the lower surface, at least one layer among the following (a), (b) and (c) is laminated: (a) a primer layer which is very well fixed to the thermoplastic film though not covering full area of the thermoplastic film, (b) a releasable layer covering full surface area of the primer layer and uncovered thermoplastic film, and fixed more firmly to the primer layer than to the thermoplastic film, (c) a pressure sensitive adhesive composition covering full area of the releasable layer, and fixed more firmly to the releasable layer than for the releasable layer to the thermoplastic film. Applications of the multilayer adhesive tape for a delivery bag, a pouch, an envelop and a packet are provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
