<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment device for a recessed hole, which is inserted into the slim recessed hole with a closed bottom bored in a workpiece to be treated, can easily heat-treat the internal circumferential surface and the vicinity of the bottom of the hole, and can surely heat-treat through precisely detecting a heating temperature of the portions. <P>SOLUTION: The heat treatment device 10 having the recessed hole includes an energization pipe 12, which is inserted in the recessed hole 3 with the closed bottom face (a bottom part) 5 in a die (a workpiece to be treated) 1, of which the nose 13 comes in contact with the bottom part 5 of the recessed hole 3, and inside of which the cooling water W circulates; one electrode 32 connected to the end approach of the energization pipe 12, and the other electrode 34 connected to a surface side 2 of the die 1 adjacent to an opening 4 of the recessed hole 3; a high-frequency power source 30 connected to a pair of such electrodes 32 and 34; and an optical fibre unit 40 having a built-in optical fibre 42 in the vicinity of the surface 2 of the die 1 adjacent to the opening 4 of the recessed hole 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
