PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion device provided with an exhaust pipe improved so that abnormal gas can be surely detected without remarkably enlarging the combustion device, and this exhaust pipe. SOLUTION: A main passage and an auxiliary passage branched from a first opening located in the main passage are formed within this exhaust pipe 4, and an exhaust gas sensor 27 is set in the auxiliary passage.
