PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamination type heat exchanger which realizes the thinning of the heat exchanger without reducing the heat exchanging performance, and also to provide an air conditioner having the heat exchanger. SOLUTION: This lamination type heat exchanger 200 is equipped with a first type heat exchanger segment 210 which has a third opening 215 which is not communicated with a refrigerant passage R in the same heat exchanger segment 210, but constitutes a refrigerant line r.l. by the mutual communication when heat exchanger segments 210 are continuously connected; and a second type heat exchanger segment 220 which has a third opening 225 communicated with a refrigerant passage R' in the same heat exchanger segment 220 and is communicated with the refrigerant line r.l.
