PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease for a rolling bearing for high temperature, high- speed rotation, and high load which prevents a rolling bearing used under a severe condition from reaching the end of life in an early stage due to fatigue, for long life, and to provide a long life grease-sealed rolling bearing for high temperature, high-speed rotation, and high load which does not reach the end of life due to fatigue in an early stage even if it is used under a severe condition. SOLUTION: Related to grease for a rolling bearing for high temperature, high-speed rotation, and high load, lubricating base oil containing at least polyαolefin synthetic oil or diphenyl ether synthetic oil is added with an urea inflator and organic molybdenum compound. The grease for the rolling bearing for high temperature, high-speed rotation, and high load is sealed in the grease- sealed rolling bearing for high temperature, high-speed rotation, and high load.
