PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance high-pressure durability and a low expansion property in a brake hose 10. SOLUTION: The brake hose 10 is provided with an inner pipe rubber layer 12, a lower yarn layer 14 formed by braiding a lower yarn 15 on the inner pipe rubber layer 12, an intermediate rubber layer 16 laminated on the lower yarn layer 14 and formed by a rubber material, an upper yarn layer 18 formed by braiding an upper yarn 19 on the intermediate rubber layer 16, and a skin rubber layer 20 laminated on the upper yarn layer 18. In the intermediate rubber layer 16, a sheet material with the Mooney viscosity as high as 10-40 Mv (a minimum Mooney value) at 145°C is used and the wall-thickness is set 0.1-0.25 mm.
