PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed hard floor material which can form a vivid pattern (e.g. photographic image) by color-printing, and even continuous patterns over a large area, has sufficiently large adhesive strength, is excellent in durability, low in cost, and high in quality, and to provide a method for manufacturing the printed hard floor material. SOLUTION: According to the method, a transparent surface layer 2 and a substrate layer 3 are bonded together in one body by an adhesive layer 4. The surface layer 2 is formed of a thermoplastic resin. The substrate layer 3 is also formed of a thermoplastic resin, and has a print 5 applied to a superposition surface thereof on demand according to an ink-jet method or the like. The adhesive layer 4 is formed of a polyurethane hot-melt resin. Then, these layers are preferably bonded together by hot pressing. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
