<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for automatically distributing electronic data which can save a manpower without requiring any work by hand and avoid the occurrence of troubles, by securing a money payment and the electronic data transactions based on well defined conditions. <P>SOLUTION: A server 1 features to transmit automatically to a buyer's computer 2 or a mobile transmitter an order receiving confirmation notice, which is automatically generated and states business conditions to be met for an order written on an ordering notice when the server receives the order from the buyers; to read automatically a received payment for the order being received, which is transmitted from a computer at a payment institute via communication means such as a device being attached to the computer and the Internet 3; to generate automatically a delivery notice being attached with a file, which stores an electronic data for the order being received and is extracted by retrieving automatically from a database 12 in the server; and to transmit automatically the delivery notice. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
