<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge loading device constituted so as to be useful by expanding a drive device readily even when the number of cartridges increases. <P>SOLUTION: This cartridge loading device comprises a magazine 2 to receive a plurality of cartridges 1 in a state being stacked in a horizontal position, a drive device 5 loaded with a cartridge 1, and an accessor mechanism A in which the cartridge 1 is made to transport between the magazine 2 and the drive device 5. The accessor mechanism A comprises a picker mechanism 10 which holds the cartridge 1, takes the cartridge 1 in and out of the magazine 2, converts the direction of the cartridge 1 in a horizontal position, and loads the cartridge 1 onto the drive device 5; and a lifter mechanism 20 in which the picker mechanism 10 is made to go and up down. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
