摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the shortage of parts to be delivered by levelling off variation in amount of the parts even if a required delivery quantity varies in a method in which the instructions for delivering are made according to the flow of production. <P>SOLUTION: The CPU 21 of a device 1 for parts delivery instruction being a conventional computer is provided with an acquiring part for current requirements, 41 and a acquiring part 43 subsequent to current requirements which each acquire the required quantity for the current time and subsequent time, respectively, from the current condition of a middle process preceding a part-fixing process. The required quantity thus acquired and an adjustment standard quantity preliminarily fixed are compared at a comparison judgement part 45. When instruction for delivering the quantity over the adjustment standard quantity is made, an adjustment part 47 adds the delivery instruction quantity to the current-time delivery instruction quantity and reduces for adjustment the required quantity in the delivery instructions for over the adjustment standard quantity by this added quantity. According to the adjustment, a computing part for current requirements 49 computes the current-time delivery instruction quantity, and a delivery-instructing part 51 gives the instructions for delivering to suppliers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p>
