<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist pump which feeds only minimum oil independently on a driving source when an actuator side connected to the pump gets to a non-load state. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a pump 1, a dry valve 2 connected between an intake port of the pump and a tank and changeable to a releasing position 2a or a mist position 2b, and a change-over valve 5. The dry valve 2 is provided with a spring chamber opposite to a pilot chamber 3. The change-over valve 5 is formed so as to apply tank pressure or pressure introduced from the intake passage of the pump into the pilot chamber corresponding to the change-over position. A spring member 7 having a spring force less than tank pressure P1 is provided in the spring chamber of the dry valve. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
