<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for preparing a prescription with a bar code where a pharmacist can surely be informed of matters that need not to inform a patient but need to inform a pharmacist, and to provide prescription with bar codes. <P>SOLUTION: A data processing part 20 encodes prescription contents described in an electronic medical chart stored in an electronic chart database 24, and also codes the prescription contents and prepares the bar code including the code that indicates the prescription contents. Further, the data processing part 20 prepares a prescription with the bar code displaying the bar code that includes a symbol and code indicating the prescription contents, and outputs the created prescription with the bar code via an output part 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
