<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging managing device for a television receiver for managing the residual frequency data of a card properly corresponding to the used hours of the television receiver while setting the charging managing device whose structure is the same even is mounted even to television receivers having different circuit constitution. <P>SOLUTION: A television receiver 1 is made available corresponding to residual frequency data stored in an IC card 3 whose data are rewritable. This charging managing device is provided with a synchronizing signal detecting part 7 for detecting a signal for horizontal scanning in a non-contact state from a flyback converter 1b of the television receiver 1. Then, only when the signal for horizontal scanning is detected by the synchronizing signal detecting part 7, the residual frequency data are subtracted, and the residual frequency after the subtraction is written in the IC card 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
