PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical amplifier device which has not only small wavelength dependency but also temperature dependency of the amplification gain. SOLUTION: The optical amplifier device 10 is equipped with 1st stimulation light sources 13a and 15a, a 2nd stimulation light source 17a which emits an stimulation light having a longer wavelength than stimulation lights that the 1st stimulation light sources 13a and 15a emit, an EDF14 to which the stimulation lights are inputted from them, a fiber temperature detecting means which detects the temperature of the EDF14, and an stimulation light control means which controls the power of the stimulation lights from the 1st and 2nd stimulation light sources 13a and 15a, and 17a according to information on the temperature of the EDF14 from the fiber temperature detecting means so that the wavelength dependency of the amplification gain by the EDF14 at the temperature is reduced and the amplification gain of each wavelength by the EDF14 approximates the amplification gain of a corresponding wavelength at specified reference temperature.
