PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold storage device that facilitates replacement of a cold storage member, and dispenses with a blower fan and the like. SOLUTION: The cold storage device 8 is so constructed that an upper end of a heat transfer case 8b mounted with the cold storage member 8a is held by an upper holding member 8f, a lower end of the heat transfer case 8b is supported by a case supporting portion 8d3 or 8d4 of a supporting heat transfer plate 8d, and a lower holding member 8g is fitted from below on the lower ends of facing heat transfer cases 8b and a lower end of the supporting heat transfer plate 8d, to attach the cold storage members 8a to the supporting heat transfer plate 8d. Accordingly, work of mounting the cold storage member 8b in the cold storage device 8 and removing the cold storage member 8b from the cold storage device 8 can be done from below the cold storage device 8.
