PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized and lightweight submersible pump capable of facilitating the inspection and replacement of an impeller and being manufactured at a low cost, and a hose coupling therefor. SOLUTION: In a pump casing 3 comprising an intake port 4 opened in the circumferential side direction and a discharge port 5 opened at the tip of an annular wall for surrounding the impeller 7, the opening edge circumference of the discharge port 5 is formed at a flange connecting edge 8. The protruding tip edge of a guide vane 7 radially protruded from the circumference of a guide vane boss 10 is connected to the inner surface of a hose fitting cylinder 12, and the base part circumference of a hose coupling 9 is formed at a flange connecting edge 13. The flange connecting edge 13 of the hose coupling 9 is opposed and collided to the flange connecting edge 8 of the discharge port 5, and both the flange connecting edges 8 and 13 are attachably and detachably fastened and integrally connected by a fastener.
