PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double floor structure for cooling and heating equipment capable of effectively transferring cold/heat from the cooling/heating medium flowing in a cooling/heating water pipe to a floor panel, and orderly, easily and quickly arranging power outlets for indoor apparatuses and distribution cords in a space part around the cooling/heating water pipe. SOLUTION: This double floor structure of the equipment wherein the cooling/heating water circulating pipes are arranged on a rear side of the floor panel supported on a foundation floor 3 by a plurality of supporting legs, and a space to be cooled and heated is cooled and heated by its radiation heat through the floor panel, comprises plural band-type mountain-shaped supporting members 5 mounted on the foundation floor, and formed by bending a band plate in the mountain-shape, a gutter member 2 supported by a top part of the band-type mountain-shaped supporting member and opened at its upper part to accommodate the cooling/heating water circulating pipe, and a heat conductive member covering both side parts and the upper opened part of the gutter member, and an upper face of the heat conductive member is abutted on a rear face of the floor panel.
