PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge the operation angle of a working arm device in a working machine and freely modify the direction of the working arm device to any direction. SOLUTION: A pedestal body 12 is provided on a vehicle 11 in such a way that the pedestal body 12 can freely incline forwards by means of a pedestal body forward inclination mechanism 13. An oscillating body 97 is provided on the pedestal body 12 in such a way that the oscillating body 97 can oscillate on an oscillation axis 96 in the vehicle width direction, and a working arm device 15 is installed on the oscillating body 97. One bracket 101 is provided on one side face of the pedestal body 12 so that the bracket 101 projects obliquely backwards, while another bracket 102 is projectingly provided on one side face of the oscillating body 97. An oil pressure cylinder 103 for oscillating movement is freely rotatably connected between the heads of the brackets 101 and 102 and activated in the extension or contraction direction.
