PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker for preventing the generation of magnetic saturation at a magnetic field generating part, and applying a linear driving force to a voice coil. SOLUTION: A magnetic flux generated in a magnet M forms a first magnetic path L1 going from an outer peripheral face of an internal yoke 22 through a first gap G1 to a first projecting part 21a, and a second magnetic path L2 going from the outer peripheral face Mb of the magnet M through a second gap G2 to a second projecting part 21b so that any magnetic saturation in the internal yoke 22 can be hardly generated. Also, the outer periphery of the internal yoke 22 and the outer periphery of the magnet M are respectively formed with the first and second gaps G1 and G2, so that a difference between magnetic flux density in the both gaps G1 and G2 can be reduced, and that a linear driving force can be applied to a voice coil VC.
