SOLUTION: The method for transmitting comprises the steps of designating a person in charge by using an electronic mail function of a host computer 18, and individually and directly transmitting optimum information to a plurality of persons in charge together with a message corresponding to the fact occurring the event when a predetermined event such as the fault of the target system 16 occurs.
