PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve degree of freedom for arranging design of an inner space formed with a plurality of building units. SOLUTION: Four one-story building units 12 are built side by side so that corner parts 20 gather together. Respective corner parts 20 are connected with each other by a connecting member 29. Column 16 erected at respective corner parts 20 are removed. By this, total eight upper beams 17 forming respective corner parts 20 are considered as a cross-shaped continuous large beam by connecting respective corner parts 20 via the connecting member 29, and thus the strength of respective one-story building units 12 is secured by this large beam.
