The invention relates to a device for measuring the internal resistance (Ris) of a linear lambda probe (S) of an internal combustion engine. Said device comprises a voltage amplifier (V6) for amplifying an alternating voltage (VOSZ), which declines to the internal resistance (Ris) and which is induced by an alternating current applied to the first probe terminal Vs+. The inventive device also comprises a synchronous demodulator (V7) for rectifying the amplified alternating voltage (VEIN) and a successive filtering whose amplification factor can be switched over with the frequency of the alternating voltage (VOSZ).
