A connector-mounting construction has a printed-circuit board (2) and a connector (4) fastened to each other with a screw (5). The connector (4) has a positioning rib (4a) positioned in a positioning rib hole (2a) on the printed-circuit board (2). The positioning rib (4a) is disposed so that a peripheral surface of the positioning rib (4a) contacts a peripheral surface of the screw (5) to fasten the printed-circuit board (2) and the connector (4) to each other.
