<p>The invention concerns a method for performing heat processing of products in a continuous furnace, whereby the product is introduced in the furnace, then treated in the furnace at a temperature T generally variable depending on the zone of the furnace, and under at atmosphere containing various species some of which at least are measurable, the product being then removed from the furnace after a given treatment time. Said method comprises operations which consist in measuring at least one of the parameters of the oven selected among the set of parameters consisting of the temperature T and the species of the atmosphere whereof the presence is measurable. The method is characterized in that it consists in measuring in the heating and/or cooling zone of the furnace the H2O content as well as the temperature, with a single common measuring instrument, preferably a laser beam system such as a laser diode.</p> |
