<p>The invention concerns a cosmetic composition for treatment of hairs, including hair, and hair follicles, based on lead acetate and sulphur, in a glycerinated hydroalcoholic solvent. The invention is characterized in that it comprises panthenol and a mixture of at least three essential oils selected among a West Indian bay essential oil, an ylang-ylang essential oil, and a cedar essential oil.</p> |
