The invention concerns triazolo[4,3-a]pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine-5-one derivatives, their regioisomers, their salts and their solvates if any, their preparation, the compositions containing them and their use. Said derivatives have PDE4 inhibiting and/or TNF alpha releasing properties, and can therefore be used for treating or preventing numerous diseases by inhibiting PDE4 and by the resulting increase of the AMPc level.
