The invention relates to a device for collecting animal faeces. According to the invention, said device comprises a housing which is provided with side openings through which picking-up bags are supplied, at least one removable side door or wall and at least one access opening made in said side door or wall or in any other surface which is not a bottom face and which enables used picking-up bags to be introduced into the housing. Accommodated inside of the housing is a movable carriage which can be pulled out by sliding and which supports a bag for collecting the picking-up bags.
