METHODS FOR PRODUCING STOCKS OF RECOMBINANT AAV VIRIONS

Methods for removing empties capsids from stocks of AAV virions comprising mixtures of empties and packaged capsods are described. The methods entail heating and adjusting the pH value of the stock, optionally in the presence of one or more chemical destabilising agents.
