<p>A container for pasteurization whereby an article which might be contaminated with bacteria and the like is pasteurized to thereby prevent an unspecified number of subjects from infection. This container is provided with an ultraviolet lamp 3 therein. At least when an article is put into the container 1, the article is pasteurized by irradiating UV light from the lamp 3. Moreover, the inner wall 4 of the container serves as an UV-reflection face or a diffusion/reflection face for irradiating the article from all directions, thereby ensuring the pasteurization effect.</p> |
