The multi-chamber vaned piston pump consists of a cylindrical casing (1) with inlet and outlet passages (21). A hollow shaft (12,13) of split design is rotatable on a central axis and on each of the shaft sections is installed a vane piston (18,19), each with two vanes, in such a way that the vanes divide the cylindrical casing into four chambers, the volume of which changes following the rotation of the vane piston. The hollow shaft sections are connected to a driven shaft by a gear.
