The printing method uses thermo printing process with water-based inks. The main formula comprises 70 % luminous powder, 30% fluorescent powder and transparent printing ink in a ratio of 1 to 1 mixed together in a machine and pulverised in three rapid driers into the four basic colours for printing. During thermo printing first the mould separating paper and the other media are used in the sequence a) separating means b) black ink c) cyan d) magenta e)yellow f) white g) gum.
