<p>The invention concerns a method for producing a flame, in particular for coloured flame lamps using a low liquid flow rate at the upper end of a riser tube (4) with small cross-section, the method consisting in introducing fuel gas in the form of successive bubbles into a bubbling chamber (3) arranged at the lower end of the riser tube, the gas bubbles (13, 17) having a cross-section at least equal to the riser tube cross-section and in igniting the mixture of fuel gas and liquid and allowing it to burn at said upper end of the riser tube. The liquid can contain a chemical compound selected for colouring the flame it produces.</p> |
