<p>A glass substrate with transparent electroconductive films, which comprises the glass substrate (2) and, laminated on one surface thereof in the following order, a first film (3) containing at least one metal oxide of the oxides of Zr, Ti, Al and Si in an amount of 90 wt % or more, a second film (4) containing SiO2 in an amount of 90 wt % or more, and a third film (5) containing at least one metal oxide of the oxides of In, Sn, Zn, Sb, Al and Y in an amount of 90 wt % or more, and, laminated on the other surface of the substrate (2) in the following order, a forth film (6) containing at least one metal oxide of the oxides of Zr, Ti, Al and Si in an amount of 90 wt % or more, and a fifth film (7) containing SiO2 in an amount of 90 wt % or more.</p> |
