The lock system to secure a screw bolt against loosening has a lower washer (6) for the bolt and nut (4,5), with a recessed edge to form a laying surface. A cap (11) covers the bolt and nut, and the lower washer. The cap has a number of inner elastic ratchet locks (10), with locking projections (9) which click into the recesses of the lower washer when the cap is fitted into place, and lock behind the laying surface. Access to the bolt and nut can only be through destruction of the shrouding cap.
