<p>Cooling water in a radiator for a vehicle capable of improving the fuel consumption of the vehicle, wherein liquid containing powder tourmaline is used as the cooling water in the radiator to flow the cooling water having electrical properties on the outside of an engine cylinder so as to ion-activate air-fuel mixture in the cylinder, whereby the air-fuel mixture can be completely burned, a power can be increased and the fuel consumption can be improved, and the contamination reduction effect of exhaust emission can also be expected accordingly.</p> |
