摘要

A data input/output device has several surfaces all designed as pressure sensitive keys, in which by means of activating the keys, certain information can be input into the device or extraction of certain data from the device can be triggered. The keys are arranged in a grid pattern. The keys are placed closely together and a high resolution matrix results. Actuation of several adjacent keys effects the same information or the output of the same data. An Independent claim is given for a method for configuring a remote control.
