A switch-cabinet, has a cooling device built onto a covering element, and the rear face turned towards the covering element is provided with a hot air-suction aperture and a fresh air-supply aperture. The cooling device (40) can be joined via an intermediate carrier element (20) to the covering element (11) or directly with a frame structure (45) in the switch-cabinet (10), in which the covering element (11) or the intermediate carrier element (20) are in alignment with suction apertures (12,21) and intake apertures (13,12) with the hot air-suction aperture and the fresh air-supply aperture of the air conditioning device (40). To provide the fixture, an elastic intermediate pad with two separate bolts (36,37) is used.
