SYSTEM FOR ENSURING PROPER COMPLETION OF TASKS

An apparatus (20) ensures proper completion of a plurality of tasks at the plurality of positions, such as torquing of a plurality of botls on a structure. The bolts (22, 24) are to be torqued to a plurality of different torques. The apparatus includes first indicia (52, 54) adjacent to each bolt. The idicia (52, 54) are characteristic of the torque to which each bolt (22, 24) is to be tightened. There is a reading device for reading the indicia for each bolt. At least one torque wrench is provided for tightening each bolt. The second indicia are operatively coupled to the wrench and to the reading device which indicates when the torque wrench properly tightens each bolt.
