Measuring process comprises acquiring absorption and/or dispersion of a high frequency (HF) signal produced during the penetration of a sample fed into an arrangement similar to a resonator. Measuring process comprises acquiring absorption and/or dispersion of an HF signal produced during the penetration of a sample fed into an arrangement similar to a resonator. The HF signal is influenced by induced transitions between energy levels of discrete spinning states of a gas mixture. The spinning states are triggered by one or more combinations of the frequency of the injected HF signal, and the strength of a static magnetic field orientated vertically to the H field component of the HF signal.
