The device has at least one circuit bearer with a mounting side and a soldering side (LOT). The mounting side has at least one contact element (KON) connected to a conducting track on the soldering side and with a contact surface (FLA) for electrically contacting another equipment component at least partly opposite the solder side. In a contacting position (POS) the contact element passes through the plane of the circuit bearer and is electrically connected to the other equipment component via the contact surface.
