摘要 In a cellular mobile communication system (100) making use of TPC, a power control circuit (14) in a radio base transceiver station set (10) and a radio terminal set (30) is equipped with a synchronism detecting part (17) for detecting synchronism data indicating synchronism establishment from radio data every frame. A synchronism/asynchronism judging part (18) judges synchronism/asynchronism on the basis of the synchronism data, an execution/unexecution judging part (19) judges execution/unexecution of TPC on the basis of the synchronism data detected in the synchronism detecting part (17), a TPC bit extracting part (16) detects a TPC bit contained in the radio data, and a selection control part (15) selects execution/unexecution of transmission power control using the TPC bit detected in the TPC bit extracting part (16) on the basis of the judged result from the synchronism/asynchronism judging part (18) and the judged result from the execution/unexecution judging part (19). 3-Stage control of suspension, execution and unexecution of TPC becomes feasible every frame on the basis of quality, more stable quality can be secured, and increase in the quantity of channel interference can be prevented. <IMAGE>
