The fencing panel, made from interwoven or welded rods of metal or other material, with an optional protective coating e.g. of a polymer, has the vertical rods (2) extended above the level of the top horizontal rod (1R) for a variable length, forming spaces that can be filled with decorative swirls (4) or other shapes made from curved rods. The decorative shapes are electro-welded to the adjacent vertical and horizontal rods.
