PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems such that when chocolate syrup is poured or ice cream IC in a cup C, the chocolate solidifies and its eat feeling becomes different from that of the ice cream to give an incompatibility in the eat feeling, and on mixing cocoa powder into an ice cream mix which is a raw material of the ice cream, the incompatibility in eat feeling disappears but the change of the eat feeling also disappears. SOLUTION: This method for producing the ice cream in the cup is provided by incorporating fine air in the chocolate to make it mousse state and ejecting the mousse state chocolate into the ice cream IC from the tips of nozzles 32, 33 inserted into the ice cream IC to form mousse state chocolate lumps.
