<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of necessity of skilled work for adjusting a male mold for forming caused by an uneven thickness of a formed product. <P>SOLUTION: A formed resin sheet S has the thickness of 5 mm at both end regions in the widthwise direction against an average thickness of 3 mm. According to this, when vacuum forming is carried out by positioning and clamping so as that a thickness portion opposes against the corner portion of a mold surface 121, the thickness portion is drawn more than other portions and the whole thickness of a bath apron 10 is unified.
