PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing high-frequency magnetic materials preferably used for a high-frequency circuit equipped with a center conductor and the high-frequency magnetic material which are sintered in one piece and used for constituting a high-frequency irreversible circuit device such as a circulator or an isolator. SOLUTION: Fe2O3 powder of specific surface area 8.5 m2/g or above, Y2O3 powder of specific surface area 8.0 m2/g or above, and CaCO3 powder and V2O5 powder both of specific surface area 5.0 m2/g or above are mixed together to specific surface area of 10.0 m2/g or above, the mixed powder is calcined so as to be 3.0 m2/g or above in specific surface area and to a degree of garnet synthesis of 80% or above, and the calcined mixed powder is grounded so as to be 3.5 m2/g or above in specific surface area. Then, the grounded powder is molded and baked into a high-frequency porcelain magnetic body of Ca-V garnet structure. |
