<p>PURPOSE:To provide the desulfurizing method of hydrogen sulfide-contg. gases and the geo-thermal generation method utilizing this method. CONSTITUTION:(1) The method for desulfurizing hydrogen sulfide by maintaining a medium contg. high temp and eosinophilic sulfur-oxidizing bacteria at 70 to 95 deg.C and pH 1.5 to 3 and directly blowing the hydrogen sulfide-contg. gases into this medium, (2) the desulfurizing method of the hydrogen sulfide stated in (1) consisting in adding 50 to 200ppm iron ions to the medium and (3) the geo-thermal generation method consisting in separating the hot water taken out of production wells to steam and the hydrogen sulfide-contg. gases, desulfurizing the hydrogen sulfide-contg. gases by the method of (1) or (2) and returning the formed sulfuric acid together with the hot water generated as a result of power generation by the steam into reduction wells.</p> |
