PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability for vulcanizing time to obtain a degree of vulcanization desired for a molding to be vulcanized consisting of a vulcanization material. SOLUTION: The degree of vulcanization is predicted when an engine mount EM is vulcanized and molded by putting respective parts and natural rubber into a mold. A numerical analysis technique is used for this prediction, and in the process of the analysis, a temporal transition of a temperature predicted in each region of analysis meshes of the molding and the transitional data on the degree of vulcanization including vulcanization return phenomenon are used.
