PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adamantane pressed granule having excellent fluidity, retention of constant volume and uniformity, and less cohesiveness, adhesion and flying properties that is useful as a raw material of a medicine, a functional polymer, a photosensitive material and a electronic material, and has a less caking property due to less sublimation tendency. SOLUTION: The adamantane pressed granule obtained by a roller press method or a pounding slug method has a median pore radius by volume of 3,000Åor less and a particle size of 2 to 40 mm and can control growth of crystals formed by sublimation.
