The feed device for laying the reinforcing bars (4) on top of the concrete surface (5) is located next to the press device for pressing the bars into the concrete. The reinforcing bars are deposited systematically on top of the concrete surface using rotary parts. An Independent claim is also included for a concreting machine (2) with the above setting device (1) which can be moved in a stepwise manner over the working width of the machine.
